Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2-3 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return?

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at iyuraa007@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear images of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective).
  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return pickup details (if applicable).
  4. Within 3-5 business days, you need to send back the approved product to us at the provided address for return for you through the mail. 

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be Credited within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, we’ll offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • After approval for an exchange with an available product, the entire process will be completed within 5-7 business days.
  • If the product is out of stock, you can choose a refund.
