Aromatherapy Roll-Ons: Migraine, Period Pain & Sleep

An aromatherapy roll-on delivers a blend of essential oils in a carrier oil, applied straight onto pulse points and pressure points where skin is thin and warm. Iyuraa’s four roll-ons are 10ml and pocket-sized, each made for a specific moment, a headache building at your desk, cramps on day one, a mind that will not switch off at midnight.

Frequently asked questions

What each roll-on is for?

Migraine Relief goes on the temples, behind the ears and at the base of the skull. Tummy Tranquil is massaged into the lower abdomen and lower back for period cramps. Dream goes on the wrists and chest, and along the edge of the pillow, about thirty minutes before sleep. Soothify goes on the wrists and behind the ears, for stress through the working day.

How often you can use them?

As often as you need. Reapply every two to three hours. Patch test on the inner arm before the first use, keep them away from broken skin and the eye area, and dilute further before using on children.

Do aromatherapy roll-ons actually work for migraines?

They can help with comfort. Peppermint and lavender oils applied to the temples are widely used for tension headaches, and many people find the cooling sensation and the scent genuinely settling. What they will not do is treat the underlying cause of a migraine. Think of a roll-on as something you reach for alongside rest and a dark room, not instead of medical care.

Can I use the period pain roll-on together with a painkiller?

The roll-on is applied to the skin and is generally used alongside whatever else helps you. If you take prescription medication regularly, check with your doctor first.

Are these roll-ons safe during pregnancy?

Several essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy. Please check the full ingredient list on each product page with your doctor before using any of them while pregnant or breastfeeding.
