Hydrating Ayurvedic Skincare
Hydration and moisture are not the same thing. Hydrosols put water into the skin; oils stop it leaving. Using one without the other is why dry skin often stays dry despite a full routine. This collection covers both, mist first, oil second, on skin that is still slightly damp.

Frequently asked questions
Q1: What is the difference between hydrating and moisturising?
Hydrating adds water to the skin that is what a hydrosol does. Moisturising seals it in, which is the job of an oil or cream. Dry skin usually needs both, applied in that order.
Q2: Can I use a hydrosol instead of a toner?
Not quite. Most toners contain added actives, humectants and preservatives. A hydrosol is a single distilled ingredient with nothing added.
