An MBA and a business leader with more than 30 years across the oil and gas sector, Pawan brings a working understanding of strategy, sales, operations and sustainable growth. After a long corporate career he moved to entrepreneurship, and today also runs a sales consultancy helping businesses sharpen their go-to-market strategy and build teams that scale with purpose.

His association with Iyuraa comes from a long-standing appreciation for Ayurveda, natural wellness and traditional Indian practice. At Iyuraa he combines that strategic experience with a belief in holistic wellbeing, shaping the brand’s direction and how Ayurvedic wisdom is brought into contemporary life. For him, Iyuraa is where business, purpose and a deep respect for nature meet.

Onkarjot holds an M.Sc. (Honours) in Biochemistry and has worked across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, advertising and Ayurvedic industries. That combination — formulation science on one side, consumer understanding on the other — is what shapes how Iyuraa products are developed, and she reviews the formulation and ingredient claims behind our range.

Her interest in India’s Ayurvedic heritage is personal as much as professional. She was drawn to the wisdom of simple ingredients, time-tested practices and the small rituals that have been part of Indian homes for generations. She believes looking after yourself should not feel like another task on a busy schedule — that it is the little things done daily that make the biggest difference. For her, Iyuraa is not just about products. It is about bringing back the beauty of simple, mindful rituals.
